Evity and Visma Agda

How the integration works

The Visma Agda integration works by file. Every night, Evity creates a file with the employee data that has changed since the last one and sends it to Agda over secure file transfer, SFTP.

Since the connection runs over file transfer and not through a login in Evity, we set it up together with you. Get in touch and we will go through what is needed.

Data that is transferred

• Personal identity number and name
• Address and phone number
• Employments and job title
• Salary
• Bank account
• Tax
• Working hours
• Next of kin

How to connect the systems

1. Contact us and we will go through the setup.
2. We set up the file transfer to your Agda environment.
3. After that, changes are sent every night.

In which direction does the data go?

From Evity to Visma Agda. Evity is the source, and changes made in Evity are sent to Agda every night.

Is all the data sent every night?

No, only what has changed since the previous file. That keeps the files small and makes it easy to see what has changed.

Do we need both an HR system and a payroll system?

Usually, yes. The payroll system calculates and pays out salaries. The HR system handles everything around it: employment, contracts, reviews, skills and the pay equity audit. The integration means the two systems share the same employee data.
