Evity and Kontek
Evity has a ready-made integration with Kontek Lön, both Kontek and Kontek V6. Employee data is kept up to date between the systems, and job title, salary and employment periods are saved with history.

How the integration works
The integration is available for both Kontek and Kontek V6. For Kontek V6 you connect the systems with your Tenant ID and company name, for Kontek with the login credentials for your account. Then you choose which system is the master.
Job title, salary and employment periods are transferred with history, so you can see how they have changed over time and not just how they look today.
The first time, you match the employees in Kontek with the employees in Evity and start the sync. After that, the linked employees are updated every night.
Data that is transferred
- Employee number
- First and last name
- Phone number and email
- Personal identity number
- Address, postal code, city and country
- Job title, with history
- Bank clearing number and account number
- Salary, with history
- Employment periods, with history
You choose which of the fields to sync, and whether work emails or private email addresses are included.
How to connect the systems
- Go to Integrations in Evity's settings and select Kontek.
- Enter the Tenant ID and company name for Kontek V6, or the login credentials for Kontek.
- Choose which system is the master and which fields to sync.
- Match the employees in the list and start the sync.

- Does the integration work with Kontek V6?
- Yes. Evity supports both Kontek and Kontek V6. The difference is how you connect the systems: Kontek V6 with Tenant ID and company name, Kontek with login credentials.
- Is the history kept when salary or job title changes?
- Yes. Job title, salary and employment periods are transferred with history, which is also the data you need for the pay equity audit and the salary review.
- Do we need both an HR system and a payroll system?
- Usually, yes. The payroll system calculates and pays out salaries. The HR system handles everything around it: employment, contracts, reviews, skills and the pay equity audit. The integration means the two systems share the same employee data.
