Features in Evity
Salary review
The whole review structured, from frameworks and budget to the pay notice.
Without a system
Salary reviews in Excel go off the rails
Excel files emailed back and forth
Versions clash and nobody knows which file is the latest.
The budget only shows up afterwards
Overspending is discovered once all proposals are already in.
News that leaks early
New salaries spread through rumors before the employee has been told.
In Evity, the whole review is structured: frameworks, proposals, approval and pay notice in one workflow, with the budget visible all the way.
Three perspectives
One tool, three perspectives
For HR
- Sets frameworks and deadlines
- Follows the process all the way
For the manager
- Proposes salaries within their budget, with the right supporting data
For the employee
- Hears the news at the right time, not through rumors
How it works
From frameworks to pay notice
Groups with budget and wage drift
Divide the review into groups, each with its own budget and wage drift. Distribute evenly, by points or manually, with the budget visible at all times.
Three-step approval workflow
Proposer, approver and final approver, with comments and the option to return proposals. Notifications at every step keep the workflow moving.
Pay notice at the right time
Set an effective date and a separate date when the new salary becomes visible to the employee. The news comes from the manager, not through the grapevine.
Straight into the payroll system
The new salary is written to the salary history on the employee profile and goes out through the payroll integrations or Excel export. No figures are moved by hand.
Why Evity
What makes Evity different
Input from the pay equity audit
The deviation comments from the pay equity audit carry over as input in every proposal.
Multi-currency with conversion to SEK
Salaries in other currencies are converted to SEK so the budget can be tracked.
Part-time perspective
Salaries can be shown both at the actual level and converted to full-time equivalent, for fair comparisons.
FAQ
Questions and answers

The overspend shows up immediately in the group's view, and the proposal can be returned with a comment before it moves on.
Only on the visibility date you set, separate from the effective date. The news comes through the manager, not early through the system.
Yes. The salary review is included in Evity, not sold as an add-on, with groups, the approval workflow and payroll integrations.
