A background service deletes data according to the rules, every night. Deletion happens even when nobody is thinking about it.

Nine levels per field group: Hidden, Own, Immediate manager, Team leader, Team member, Team and sub-teams, Department, Company and Organization. Controlled through permission templates, so who sees what is always an active decision.
