How it works
From report to closed case
Public anonymous channel
A link you put on your website. It leads to a reporting page in Evity with your logo and your own introduction text, open to external parties such as suppliers and customers too. No login, no traceable details.
Two-way dialogue without identity
The reporter follows the case and replies using their anonymous case ID, with attachments. The dialogue continues without breaking anonymity.
Case management with deadlines
A status on every case, a documented reason when a report is dismissed, and a reply deadline with automatic reminders. The system keeps the statutory deadlines for you.
Automatic deletion in line with the law
Closed cases are deleted automatically after the retention period, 24 months by default. Deletion happens without anyone having to remember it.
