Features in Evity
Performance reviews
Structured reviews with preparation, documented decisions and follow-up that actually happens. From development reviews to salary discussions, in the same system.
Without a system
Reviews that are never followed up make no difference
Notes no one opens again
Notepads and documents with no structure, and when the manager changes, the history disappears.
The questions come up for the first time in the room
The employee has not had a chance to prepare, and the review becomes the manager's monologue.
Decisions that never become tasks
Without an owner and a deadline, no one follows up before next time.
In Evity, both parties prepare in advance, answers are released according to the template's rules, decisions become tasks with an owner and a deadline, and everything is saved on the employee profile.
Three perspectives
One review, three perspectives
For HR
- Builds templates and controls visibility per question and role
- Sees that reviews are carried out across the whole organization
- GDPR deletion per template, after a completed meeting or ended employment
For the manager
- Arrives prepared, with both sets of answers and the agenda ready
- Sees previous reviews and open items directly in the meeting view
- Calendar sync with Google and Outlook
For the employee
- Answers the questions in advance, without stress
- Sees what was decided and which tasks are theirs
- Can approve the notes before they are saved
How it works
The whole review, from booking to follow-up
Templates for every type of review
Development reviews, salary discussions, follow-ups and your own formats. Build with sections and five question types, or start from the ready-made templates included.
Preparation and controlled visibility
Both parties answer selected questions in advance and are reminded automatically the day before. For each question you decide who answers, who sees the answer and when it is released: immediately, when the meeting starts or only after the meeting has been held. Private notes before the meeting really are private.
Decisions become tasks
Action items with an owner and a deadline are created directly in the meeting. The owner is notified and reminded when the item is overdue. Participants can approve the notes before they are saved.
Follow-up that keeps up
Book a follow-up meeting with one click. Open action items automatically carry over to the next review until they are done. HR sees which reviews have been held and which employees are still waiting.
See who has had their review
Choose one or more templates and a period, and the list becomes an overview of all employees: completed with date, booked with date, or not held. Filter by team, manager or location and book directly from the row for anyone missing. What each manager sees is controlled by permissions in ten levels, from their own review to the whole organization.
Why Evity
What makes Evity different
The whole life cycle in one flow
Booking, preparation, the meeting itself, follow-up and an approved close are all connected in the same meeting.
Decisions that carry over
Open action items move automatically to the follow-up review until they are done.
Visibility you control
Each question has its own rules for who answers, who sees the answer and when it is released.
FAQ
Questions and answers
The template decides. Each question has its own visibility rules for who sees the answer and when it is released. Private notes before the meeting are visible only to the person who wrote them.
Open action items carry over automatically when a follow-up meeting is booked, so no decision gets lost between reviews.
Yes. Build your own template for the salary discussion and document an agreed level per question, with a justification, so both parties see the same thing afterwards.
Yes. Meetings sync to Google Calendar and Outlook, and are updated when a meeting is moved or canceled.
The reviews belong to the employee, not the manager. The history is kept together on the employee's profile, according to the template's visibility rules. On the template, the notes can be set to follow the management line, so a new manager sees the history after a change of manager. The employee can then also be asked to approve that future managers see the notes, and only approved reviews carry over.
As long as you decide. Each template has its own deletion rules, counted from the end of the meeting or the end of employment, after which the data is deleted automatically.
