How the integration works
You connect the systems with your API key from Personalkollen. Evity then fetches the staff who are approved in Personalkollen and have a current or upcoming employment.
Personalkollen is the source of the data. Evity writes nothing back to Personalkollen, so that is where you make changes. The linked employees are then updated every night.
Data that is transferred
- Employee number
- First and last name
- Mobile number and email
- Personal identity number
- Tax table
- Bank clearing number and account number
- Salary and pay type, hourly or monthly
- Employment start and end dates
You choose which of the fields are brought over to Evity.
How to connect the systems
- Get your API key in Personalkollen.
- Go to Integrations in Evity's settings, select Personalkollen and enter the key.
- Choose which fields to transfer.
- Match the employees in the list and start the sync.

- Does Evity send data back to Personalkollen?
- No. Personalkollen is the source, and Evity fetches the data from there. If you want to change something, such as an account number, you do it in Personalkollen and the change carries over to Evity.
- Which employees are transferred?
- Staff who are approved in Personalkollen and have a current or upcoming employment. People who have left are not included.
- What do we use the data for in Evity?
- It forms the basis of the employee profiles and is then used in onboarding, performance reviews, the pay equity audit and the salary review.
