Evity and Onecruiter

How the integration works

You connect the systems by entering your customer code under Integrations in Evity.

When a candidate is hired in Onecruiter, a new employee is created in Evity. If the office and the responsible recruiter already exist in Evity, the employee is linked to them, so the right manager can take over right away.

Data that is transferred

• First and last name
• Email and mobile number
• Address, postal code and city
• Personal identity number
• Gender
• Office, if it exists in Evity
• Manager, if the responsible recruiter exists in Evity

How to connect the systems

1. Go to Integrations in Evity's settings and select Onecruiter.
2. Enter your customer code.
3. The next time you hire in Onecruiter, the employee is created in Evity.

What happens when we hire someone in Onecruiter?

A new employee is created in Evity with contact details and personal identity number, linked to an office and manager if they exist in Evity. From there, onboarding takes over.

Do we need both a recruitment system and an HR system?

The recruitment system handles the candidates up to the point of hire. The HR system takes over once the person has started: onboarding, contracts, reviews and everything that follows. The integration means the handover happens without duplicate work.
