Evity and Hogia
Evity exports employee data in Hogia's own file format, which you import into Hogia Lön. In the other direction, you can import employee data from Hogia into Evity.

How the integration works
The Hogia integration is based on files rather than a direct connection. Once you have turned on the Hogia export in Evity, you download a file in Hogia's format and import it into Hogia Lön.
In the other direction, you can import a file of employee data from Hogia, for example when you start using Evity and want to bring in all employees at once.
Data that is transferred
- Employee number and name
- Personal identity number
- Address, phone number and email
- Gender
- Bank account number
- Job title
- Employment start date and end date
- Tax table
- Vacation entitlement
- Next of kin
The list applies to the export to Hogia. The import from Hogia brings the employee data into the employees' profiles.
How to connect the systems
- Go to Integrations in Evity's settings and turn on the Hogia export.
- Download the file from Evity.
- Import the file into Hogia Lön.

- Is the data synced automatically?
- No, the Hogia integration works by file. You export from Evity and import into Hogia whenever you like, for example before each payroll run.
- Can we bring our employees from Hogia into Evity?
- Yes. You can import a file of employee data from Hogia, so you do not have to add every employee by hand.
- Do we need both an HR system and a payroll system?
- Usually, yes. The payroll system calculates and pays out salaries. The HR system handles everything around it: employment, contracts, reviews, skills and the pay equity audit. The integration means the two systems share the same employee data.
