When you hire someone in Teamtailor, the employee is created automatically in Evity. Recruitment ends in Teamtailor and onboarding begins in Evity, without anyone having to transfer the data by hand.

How the integration works
You install the Evity app in Teamtailor and add a trigger to the jobs that should pass new hires on. In the trigger, you enter your organization code from Evity.
When a candidate is hired, a new employee is created in Evity with name, email and phone number. The employee is added as unconfirmed, and the people responsible receive an email so onboarding can begin. If the email address already exists in Evity, no duplicate is created.

- What happens when we hire someone in Teamtailor?
- A new employee is created in Evity with name, email and phone number, and the people responsible receive an email. From there, onboarding takes over in Evity.
- Can the same person be created twice?
- No. If the email address already exists in Evity, no new employee is created.
- Do we need both a recruitment system and an HR system?
- The recruitment system handles the candidates up to the point of hire. The HR system takes over once the person has started: onboarding, contracts, reviews and everything that follows. The integration means the handover happens without duplicate work.
