Evity and ID06

How the integration works

You connect the systems with your ID06 login credentials. If you have more than one set, you can add them all. Employees are matched on personal identity number.

Evity then fetches each employee's skills from ID06 with issuer, validity period and status. Three months before a certificate expires, you get a reminder. If a skill is removed in ID06, it disappears from Evity too, so the list is always correct.

The first time, you start the fetch yourself. After that, the skills are updated every night.

How does Evity know which skills belong to which employee?

Employees are matched on personal identity number. That way the right certificate ends up on the right person, even if the name is spelled differently in the systems.

Will we know when a certificate is about to expire?

Yes. Evity sets a reminder three months before the certificate expires, so there is time to renew it.

What happens to a skill that is removed in ID06?

It is removed from Evity too at the next fetch, so the skills list always matches ID06.
